ARFT STANDARDS

The African Register of Fitness Trainers (ARFT), in partnership with the International Institute of Sport and Applied Sciences (IIDCA), has established high-level educational standards in Africa. 

These standards align with European, American, and Asian health and fitness standards and continuously implement the latest scientific research through online courses and seminars, as well as through ARFT-accredited academies and training centers. 

To achieve an African-level educational qualification that meets European, American, and Asian standards, a professional trainer must complete a full training course and pass various assessments to evaluate their knowledge.
